In Seychelles, There are Ways to Enjoy Yourself Alone.

People frequently say that Seychelles is best intended for honeymooners and too pricey for lone tourists or backpackers. So, just to let you know, this is complete nonsense. To appreciate the beauty and charm of this tropical paradise, you don't need a partner or spouse. In reality, whether you're traveling with a group or by yourself, you can certainly have a great time more than the couples who come here for the best beach resorts in Seychelles.

These are a few pointers to get you started if you're thinking about visiting Seychelles by yourself and want to break some of the stereotypes that represent this paradise.

First, do some research and create a spending plan.

Seychelles is a reasonably priced destination if you prepare ahead and do your homework, as I previously stated. The main thing you should remember about this destination is that they use Seychellois Rupees and exclusively transact in those currencies, as well as Euros and US Dollars. One can certainly save a lot of money and spend 15 days in this wonderland for less than 40 Euros each day if you forgo staying in hotels and Seychelles villas with private pools and limit your usage of private vehicles or cabs.

Whenever feasible, take public transportation or ride a bike.

Typically, I prefer public transportation to private vehicles, however, Seychelles’ public transport system is just incredible. For 7 Seychelles Rupees each way, from Victoria Bus Terminal, buses run throughout Mahe Island for only. All you have to pay is 7 Rupees for your travel, which is a bargain and you can disembark at either the next or last station on the way to a Seychelles family resort or anywhere you want to go to.

As a result, taking the bus is one of the most practical and cost-effective options to see Mahe and Praslin island. La Digue does not have buses, but it does have bicycles, which are quite useful for touring the whole area. Rent a bicycle from the rental shop for 100 - 150 Seychellois Rupees for the day, to make the most of your visit here.

Go snorkeling or scuba diving.

The beautiful blue sea of Seychelles is well-known for its numerous reefs and underwater biodiversity. It's ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling, and one of the best resort activities in Seychelles. Because the seas are so clear, you can easily see the ocean's depths. All over the islands, there are numerous beaches where you can snorkel with your own equipment or get in touch with one of the many Scuba Diving centers to rent one.

Enjoy some of the Local Creole Cuisine.

It is essential to taste and enjoy the local cuisine when visiting a new destination. Seychelles, on the other hand, boasts some delectable Creole food to tempt your taste buds. In the best beach bar in Seychelles, which is located in Story Seychelles Resort, you'll find delicious fish recipes as well as a variety of spicy and delicious curry dishes. If you're not used to a lot of heat, though, you should be cautious when tasting Creole cuisine. It may be too spicy for your palate, and you may find yourself in tears.

Unwind on the stunning beaches that can be seen here.

It would have to be the Seychelles, if there was a heaven on earth where the beaches are just stunning. Seychelles beaches are known for being exceptional and absolutely stunning since they are white and quaint, and they are flanked by lovely boulders and rock formations.

Therefore, sunbathing on the beaches here is the perfect way to do it, if you want to unwind and relax a little. Anse Georgette (Praslin), Anse Source D'Argent (La Digue), Anse Fourmis (La Digue), and Sunset Beach (Mahe) are just a few of the beaches and the best places to stay in Seychelles that we highly endorsed.

Travel via hitchhiking and put your trust in the people you encounter along the way.

One of my favorite aspects of this country is that practically everyone is friendly and helpful. As a result, you can ask them for assistance or a trip in the same area, and they will not turn you down. One may be hesitant to accept rides from strangers, but believe us when we say that you do not have to.

To protect both locals and tourists, Seychelles is a safe country with rigorous rules in place. As a result, there is very little crime committed in this area. Therefore just unwind and don't stress too much.

Take in the amazing fauna and flora that this place can give.

Remember to check the diverse flora and fauna that these islands have to offer. One will encounter Coco De Mer, Seychelles' national fruit, which has a fascinating procedure related to it. Aside from that, you'll see plenty of huge tortoises on the island's roads and farms, which you can approach and feed. Let's not even mention the countless birds, insects, and fish that can be found on this lovely island.

Trek Alone or in Groups on the Various Trails

Beaches aren't the only thing Seychelles has to offer. It also offers some excellent trekking and hiking paths to enjoy, as well as some breathtaking views. The Morne Blanc Hiking Trail, which needs an hour to reach and provides an incredible view of the shoreline, is one of Mahe's most famous trekking paths.

On La Digue island, another spectacular trek is to Anse Cocos beach. The trail winds through the woods, but when you reach the location, the journey is well worth it.

We can guarantee that going on a single holiday in Seychelles is not strange, and you should put it on your bucket list. It is totally safe and reasonable, and it is certain to provide you with the most unforgettable moments of your life.
